SOL NL is one hub for the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) movement in the Netherlands
With SOL we organize events in the field of IDGs. With the aim of helping to spread this body of thought so that people, both personally and professionally, can get started with it in their daily practice.
People with a high degree of Personal Mastery are able to shape and content their own future to a large extent. They ask themselves the question "What is reality?" Then they look at “What do I want to create? The difference between reality and ambition leads them to "Creative tension". They use their own mindset, skillset and toolset to realize their ambition.

SOL Nederland supports the creation of a learning culture in which participants acquire skills 'on the job' with which they can participate sustainably in new (work) situations, in order to solve challenging issues there, in a continuously changing society.

We have divided the tasks among the development team with the Organization Learning Foundation (SOL). Patrick Bijman is responsible for the IDG hub via SOL NL.
Patrick is chairman of the Organization Learning Foundation. He promotes action. Nice words and theories are valuable, but in the end what matters is what you do with them in practice, for yourself and for others!
