DAY OF THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION (ONLINE)
With Margaret Wheatley
Online workshop on leadership: 'Who do we choose to be?'
April 8, 2024 (between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM)
Who do we choose to be?
“Only a true leader is able to create an engaged and productive workplace and a healthy team.” These are the words of Margaret Wheatley. She is a speaker, consultant and author of no fewer than ten bestsellers on leadership.
Her book Who do we choose to be? brings you face to face with the facts. In this changing world it is necessary to behave as a 'Warrior for the Human Spirit'.
Where are you now? What does it mean to be a leader in these times? All (technological) changes require warrivals who are not guided by hope, but by keen observation and wise action.
This workshop invites you to search for your meaningful place in this rapidly changing world. Just like Peter Senge, Margaret Wheatley guarantees new insights.
Be inspired and learn about facing reality, getting back up and the process of creating and healing. Stand up and discover who you are or want to be as a leader.

Who do we choose to be?
Changes in our society are happening at an increasingly rapid pace. They disrupt the system and create chaos. We – as people and leaders – are in the middle of that chaos. Whether you are an employee, spouse, parent, manager or director. Everyone's awareness of (personal) leadership is growing.
Whatever is growing? The realization that we often just 'don't know'. That is why we will be working on this theme together during the online Day of the Learning Organization. What do you do if you don't know? Who do you choose to be? What steps are you taking? How do you do that? This is not entirely coincidental what Margaret Wheatley addresses in her latest book: 'Who do we choose to be?' We found her willing to work with us on these issues.
An inspiring online session about (personal) leadership with guest of honor and speaker Margaret Wheatley.
