SOL is organizing five Workshops in 2024. These are accessible free of charge to SOL Members (see SOL membership). Non-SOL members pay €45 per workshop.
We will organize these workshops in 2024 on every last Friday of February, April, June, August, October (with the exception of national holidays):
- Friday February 23 (9:30 am - 12 noon)
- Friday April 26 (9:30 am - 12 noon)
- Friday June 28 (9:30 am - 12 noon)
- Friday August 30 (9:30 am - 12 noon)
- Friday October 25 (9:30 am - 12 noon)

As a leader you are regularly confronted with uncomfortable situations. Arguments between team members, a past that 'we're not going to talk about anymore', gossiping, bullying or intimidation. Just a few examples where things can get hot under your feet as a leader. It can have negative consequences for the team's progress.
And yet these are gifts especially for leaders. If you as a leader can discuss this, it will do a lot of good for the team. The atmosphere and energy in the team increases and the team gets into a flow again.
In this workshop we consciously look for the uncomfortable. You learn how important it is to really stand up for this and go for it. You will also receive tools to start having conversations in your team.
