1. Open Space (5 x per year) => Expansion
As a member of the SOL community you can participate in our Open Space, the Learn Together program five times a year. These are on the last Friday of the month, online via Zoom between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (January, March, May, August, October => see SOL agenda).
Participants can submit their own issue. Together we will work together to tackle that (complex) problem. We share insights and experiences with different working methods, so that you learn at different levels about how to solve problems together. Learning in practice, about practice.
2. Workshops (5 x per year) => in-depth knowledge
As a member of the SOL community you can participate in the in-depth workshops five times a year. These are on the last Friday of the month, online via Zoom between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (February, April, June, September, November, see SOL agenda).
These meetings are provided by the SOL Development team. We share knowledge with you about learning as a person, team, organization and society. Of course we also discuss (personal) leadership and the learning culture. As you have come to expect from us, the theory is always enriched with practical examples.
3. Free access MOOC "The magic of a Learning Culture"
At SOL, the Learning Culture is the basis for a learning organization.
As a member of the SOL community you get free access to our Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) "The magic of a Learning Culture". This MOOC was created in collaboration with SOL professionals from India, Botswana, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
Normal costs for access to this MOOC are € 195 (see this link).
4. Discount 20% Day of the Learning Organization
20% Discount for participation in the annual Learning Organization Day.
Normally participation in this day costs € 395 (for a whole day).

5. Discount 10% for participation in SOL Courses
Learning Culture = basis for a learning organization
As a member of the SOL Community you receive a 10% discount on SOL courses. For example the Fable series / normal € 695,- or the Personal Mastery program Boost your SELF / normal € 1,950,-
6. As a SOL member you stay informed for free and without obligation
SOL community in closed linkedIn group
Everything we discuss / inspire / learn together is placed in a closed SOL Community LinkedIn group. This group is only accessible to SOL Community members.
